The Terms of Endearment

Deposit

I ask for a deposit and if applicable, incall fee, to be paid up front to secure your spot in my calendar. The rates are as follows:

  • NYC: 20%

  • Tour: 30%*

  • FMTY: 50%*

Cancellation Policy (NYC)

Sometimes life happens and the unexpected comes up! I will always do my best to accommodate reasonable requests for adjustments to our session time. However, when you reserve an appointment, that time is held exclusively for you and is no longer available for other clients. Because of this, I have the following policies:

Rescheduling

Clients are permitted one reschedule after the deposit has been paid. Changes must be made before the 48-hour window.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session will result in the forfeiting of your deposit and incall fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will be charged 50% of the consideration.

No Shows

Missing a session without notice will result in a charge for 100% of the session fee

Late Arrivals

Traffic, rerouted trains, the occasional rogue parade route….traveling in NYC can be chaotic. Please let me know as soon as possible that you are running late. I cannot always guarantee that I can extend our time together to accommodate a late start, but if I can I will. Please note the session fee cannot be discounted due to a late arrival.

In the rare event that I need to cancel, your deposit and incall fee will be returned in full.
